First Wedding Anniversary!
Today is our first wedding anniversary! We started the celebration wit a thanksgiving by attending the mass. After that we went to Ricky Reyes Salon in SM for a make over! Then we looked for a place to celebrate the occassion with a healthy food. We found ourselves in Lamesa Grill. One of the restaurants located in the west wing of SM. Its interior is native inspired with bamboo design. They serve native food as well. Since I do not have really the appetite to eat due to a change in the sensitivity of my smelling senses I had to order “Pinakbet” without the “Bagoong” and my husband chose “Tinolang Bangus”. It was a healthy way of celebrating a year of staying together, one body, one soul. I am now 4 months pregnant with our first baby. I am very happy looking back at how we got to know each other, the sacrifices we had to go through before we decided to tie the knot and now, a year together with a promising future ahead. I am not scared but I am ready to face the challenges because I know GOD will be there with us!
Happy Anniversary Langga!

April you recall when Moses and the children of Israel were being persued by the Egyptian soldiers, that they were confronted with the Red Sea. To the eyes of men, they were trapped, no place to turn and run, impossible to escape, surely at the end of their existance to be met with Pharoh’s rage.
Exodus 14:21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
Moses had to make the first move to see the glory of the Lord revealed. It was an act of faith, an action seen by all before the Lord responded with His saving power.
You and your husband took that step of faith and now the world looks on in amazement, some knowing your struggle and others not. This child is a testimony of the Lord’s saving power, His response to your act of faith. As you can imagine, Merla is so excited about being there to see her grandchild’s birth, this miracle baby. Like all of those who love you and have followed your story through the years, I will be looking forward to your post and the photos of family and friends and, of course, that wonderful child of a promise.
