Me and my husband got married December 30, 2008. The 2 lucky people who got the garter and the bouquet were BJ and Sandie.

Last December 28, 2009, Sandie joined hands with Kerwyn and vowed to be in love forever.

Then, on January 30, 2010, BJ vowed to be one body and one soul with Warlie.

Well, isn’t that a coincidence?
With this realization, I felt that me and my husband’s wedding day was full of blessings. I just pray that we will be able to survive the hardships in life as we learn everyday being with the ones we love. Good luck and GOD bless to all of us!

Amazing! I have attended another wedding again! This time it is my cousin’s wedding, BJ. We had to go to Moalboal for the celebration. This couple new each other as classmates in high school. However, that time they had their own separate lives and relationships. But you can never tell when two roads meet again. The mass was celebrated at San Juan Nepumoceno Parish in Moalboal. There were a lot of visitors including friends and relatives from the states. I was the master of ceremonies. And although this was my second time, I still really find it hard especially that I was just informed like 2 hours before the wedding. It was a rather very challenging experience. My husband was very busy taking photos and videos. I knew he also had a good time. The wedding started and ended really well with almost all the “Ninongs and Ninangs’” words of wisdom for the couple. One of the words of wisdom that I learned about marriage during that day were the ones uttered by the priest.
“When you join hands in marriage, you forget about being a single individual.”
“When you vow for love in marriage, you also vow that your body and soul is not yours alone.”
“When you consecrate love and yourself in marriage, you promise to teach the teachings and prayers of GOD to your children.”
For BJ and Warlie, I hope that you will be able to uphold these messages and pray that GOD will provide you with all you need in life as you live life together as one body and one soul.
Congratulations!

I visited my farm in Farmville and I feel sad because all the hardwork I have done just turned to nothing
. I was saddened because I could have saved the plants from dying but I was not able to do so. Second, I could have saved money as well. I could have used that money to expand my farm. I cannot do anything about it anymore. I just have to start all over again and do better this time. I can do it.

I was uploading pictures today about our team building and whew… my internet connection is very slow. So while I was uploading pictures I scanned through facebook and found long time friends on the net. I saw their pictures and what they have become since I left my previous job as a teacher. I kind of miss my time with them. I still remember how we are as teachers, as friends and of course as ordinary people with simple reasons for happiness. I hope and pray they are all okay. I know in their smiles, they are.

Last night, me and my husband decided to make our baby boy’s name. We have consulted books and the online resource for information on what name is nice for a baby boy. It is said that you can name your baby after a favorite player or a saint. Others think of what you wanted your baby to become. There is a lot of choices but for me how the child would become depends on what the child wants to be when he grows up but of course with the proper guidance of the parents.
Leonard Cedric is the name that me and my husband had made. Initially my husband wants his name affixed on our baby boy’s name but I told him our baby will carry his last name so that should be fine already. The name Leonard resembles the characteristics of a lion which are brave and strong. Both Leonard and Cedric mean a brave and bright ruler. For me, Cedric is the name of a boy who is very talented, kind-hearted and intelligent. My husband wants to call him Cedric so we decided to nickname him “Cedric”.
We hope that Leonard Cedric will grow to love his name. It is up to him to decide which path to take but we will be there to guide him.

We woke up late today since it is Sunday! We found ourselves starving. We did not have much time to think or prepare something healthy so we settle down with corned beef and ham stocked in the refrigerator. Of course, the easiest way to prepare it is to just put it inside the microwave and warm it. However, my husband really likes onions and garlic so we decided to just fry it while cooking rice as well. The preparation was quick and easy and we were able to eat after 10 – 15 minutes… yummy!

This is my Lolo Cosme Tabacon. We just learned that he passed away on New Year 2010. He was just sleeping when my aunt found out about it. Although everyone was really sad especially my mother who couldn’t join us physically to mourn, I was not that sad because I know that my lolo has accomplished what he was set to do here on earth. He was already old and physically he was already weak. He would not be able to enjoy what he was used to doing since he no longer had the strength to do so. Of course, I was not happy about him leaving us but I know that he will be okay. I pray that he will find his way to GOD’s light. I hope that whatever he had shared to us while he was with us will be used by his children and his grandchildren for the good.

Sayonara Lolo Cosme…
We will surely miss your sense of humor and your words of wisdom.
We Love You So Much!

It’s 2010 and I also have a new team. I got to know them last December 2009. So far, they have been good to me. Most of them were amiable to everytime we had a meeting they always say “Yes”. It is not bad but it is not good either. I have to know what their sentiments are as well. I think, they are still getting to know me as well. I think I have to start with making friends with them first. I think, this year would be the right time to start it with gifts of appreciation. They deserve to be appreciated. It is not easy to have a new team leader when you have already loved your previous TL so much. So, while I was strolling Abellana sidewalk with all the temporary stores with my husband, I decided to buy small things that would serve as my new year’s gift for my team. I was glad they were happy when they received them.
