Wave 9, Happy Anniversary!

Yehey! It’s our 4th Anniversary as CVG employees and I am proud I have come this far! It is not easy to get hired in a big company like ours. It takes not only courage and guts but also talent, knowledge and skill. I spent 2 years of my work as an agent and now I am at the same time celebrating my second year in the company as a team leader. In our Wave only 5 people were left from 20. I am very lucky to have survive until now considering how high the standards the company has set. Congratulations guys! Soon, I will be my 5th year in the company and I will already be eligible for an early retirement plan. However, I do not plan of leaving this company. If there is a greener pasture, then I am confident I can only get that within the company. I will be beating my own achievements once I go back to work after my maternity leave which 78 days and I cannot wait for that time to come…
