Going Back to Work

Just started to work again and learned that there were a lot of changes happening from deliverables to OIC to weekly readout and everything. Aside from information overload, I also have to update all my log in credentials since they were either expired or deactivated and deleted. Well, it is a good start though. Already took sup calls and assisted new agents on the floor. Though I heard I will be handling enhancement team next month, I know I will do just fine. I am confident about it.
